1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Professional Estimating LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, construction estimating services, material takeoff services, and related deliverables, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Professional Estimating LLC provides construction cost estimating, material takeoff services, quantity surveying, and related estimating consulting for the construction industry. Our services include:

• Construction cost estimating for commercial, industrial, residential, and specialty construction projects
• Material takeoff services across all construction trades
• Quantity surveying and cost analysis
• Bid preparation support and estimate consultation
• Construction cost analysis and budget estimating
• Estimating software consulting and training

3. Project Engagement

Each estimating project is engaged individually. A formal proposal or quote is provided before work begins. By approving a proposal or making payment, you authorize Professional Estimating LLC to commence the agreed-upon services.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is provided on a project-by-project basis. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the proposal.

5. Deliverables

Deliverables for each project are defined in the corresponding proposal. Standard deliverables include material quantity takeoffs, labor calculations, equipment estimates, cost summaries, and supporting documentation as agreed upon for each project.

6. Accuracy and Limitations

While Professional Estimating LLC maintains rigorous quality standards, construction estimates are projections based on available information at the time of preparation. Final project costs may vary due to market conditions, site-specific factors, design changes, and other variables beyond the scope of our estimating services. Our estimates should be used as a professional opinion to support decision-making, not as a guarantee of final project costs.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate project information, including construction drawings, specifications, and relevant project documentation. Delays in providing information may affect delivery timelines. Professional Estimating LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.

8. Confidentiality

Professional Estimating LLC treats all client project information as confidential. We will not share your construction drawings, project details, or business information with third parties without your written consent. Each project is handled with the discretion expected from a professional estimating service.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use the estimating deliverables for their intended purpose. Professional Estimating LLC retains the right to use general methodologies and non-project-specific knowledge gained during service delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

Professional Estimating LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific estimating service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or project-related losses beyond the scope of our estimating services.

11. Revisions and Modifications

Revisions to estimates due to scope changes, design modifications, or additional information not included in the original project scope may incur additional fees. The scope and pricing for revisions will be provided before work commences.

12. Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Fees for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable. Cancellation terms are outlined in each project proposal.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

Professional Estimating LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
